Thank you for shopping with Salt + Light Collective. We strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and your items arrive safely and promptly. Below is our Shipping and Returns Policy to provide clarity on shipping processes, delivery timelines, and return procedures.
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at hello@shopsaltandlightcollective.com for assistance.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States.
- Shipping Delays: Please note that USPS and UPS may experience shipping delays. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays are sometimes beyond our control.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Salt + Light Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. We recommend contacting the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly for any issues related to delivery or tracking.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Overnight Shipping
- Overnight Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped the next business day.
- Please note that overnight shipping is only available for addresses within the continental U.S.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Final Sale: Sale items or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Return Shipping Costs: If you purchased Redo with your order they will cover your return label. If not, you will be able to purchase one directly through the return portal.
- Return Instructions: Please include your original invoice or order number inside the return package to ensure your return is processed promptly.
- Condition of Returned Items: If the returned items are used, worn, or not in their original condition, you will be notified, and the items will be returned to you. No store credit or refund will be issued in this case.
Store Credit
- We do not offer refunds. If your return is accepted, we will issue a store credit for the full value of the item(s).
- Store credits will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do do so through the return portal.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and handed over to USPS or UPS, ownership is transferred to the buyer. Salt + Light Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you:
- Contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
- Contact your local authorities if necessary.
If you purchased package protection at checkout and your shipment or product is damaged or lost, please click here to file a claim.
Additional Information
- Shipping Charges: Your original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Responsibility for Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please choose any carrier you prefer.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returns. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for excessively worn or damaged products.
