Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Weekdays and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Salt + Light Collective is not responsible for shipping delays or issues that are beyond its control through the shipping carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please double check and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Salt + Light Collective will accept returns for store credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags still attached. Items must be in its original condition free from makeup, perfumes, pet hair, or deodorant stains. Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and will be issued in the form of an e-gift card within 7 business days of receiving your returned items. Discounted and final sale items are cannot be returned.
How do I make a return?
Visit our returns page and go to the return portal to start processing your return or email us at hello@shopsaltandlightcollective.com with your order number to get started.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we totally get it and shop online too, and sometimes the sizing just isn’t right. If the item is still in stock, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Please reach out to us to initiate the process or visit the return portal to start the process.

How do I know what size to order?

Are your clothes true to size?
Most of our pieces run true to size, but fit can vary slightly by brand. We include sizing notes on each item to help you decide.
